Will Iraq eventually align with Iran after 2011?
will the shi'ites find common ground? http://www.ufppc.org/us-a-world-news-mainmenu-35/10099-news-maliki-says-last-american-soldier-will-leave-iraq-in-2011-enter-defense-entrepreneurs.html "The last American soldier will leave Iraq" as agreed, he said, speaking at his office in a leafy section of Baghdad's protected Green Zone. "This agreement is not subject to extension, not subject to alteration. It is sealed." He also said that even as Iraq bids farewell to U.S. troops, he wouldn't allow his nation to be pulled into alignment with Iran, despite voices supporting such an alliance within his government. He added that a kind of "paranoia" about a Tehran-Baghdad alliance in the U.S. is matched by a fear in Iran about U.S. influence: "An Iranian official visited me in the past and told me, 'I thought the Americans were standing at the door of your office,' " he said.

The overwhelming loss of treasure and life taken from this Nation in Iraq and Afghanistan should serve has a giant road map of what not to ever do again in the future on purpose, Having served in both theaters, and having experience in dealing with the complexity's of both situations, I am totally surprised we have not lost or thrown away more than we have. From Bush to Obama. We are now going on 10 years of object failure. Not one US life lost is worth what we have accomplished in Iraq, or Afghanistan. For we have Accomplshed nothing. We tried to Nation build and lost our ass at doing that. The Iraqi people as a whole are far worse off today then they ever were 10 years ago. We should have left Iraq, the very second, Saddam was dug out of his hiding place and incarcerated. Our mission as initially laid out had been accomplished, Pack the hell up and go home. But no somehow we got roped into trying to turn the sand full of assholes into a democracy. Boy did that ever work out well huh, Iran has been the most contributing element to the insurgents all during our involvement. So it stands to reason that they will take a very large role in developing the floundering fools of the new Iraqi government. Sadir will have complete control of this shit pile of sand within one year after the last US troop is removed. You have got to ask yourself a question Americans, Who has benefited most from our direct involvements in these two nations. And you can damn sure count us out.

What do you think of Al-Qaieda and what they're thinking about us leaving?
O.K., a lot of terrorist are happy that we (American Soldiers) are leaving Iraq soon, the very latest by 2011. They are threatening to kill as many innocent people as they can when we leave, going on shooting sprees. This is a threat to their own people. I agree, and this is a shame. However, we can't afford to stay over their forever. We are becoming the rival countries that's been fighting for ages and centuries. We can't afford to stay in Iraq for not even a minimum of 50 years. They've been fighting for centuries! Can you imagine America fighting the war on terrorism til the day your great great great grandchildren are getting in their 50's? We're talking at least 200 years, it's not worth it...let's go home.

Actually, al qaeda has little purpose being in Iraq if they cannot attack and provoke US troops.

Iraq conditions on our Withdrawal? Can they have jurisdiction over US Troops? ?
In the paper..........and internet on Iraq withdrawal terms. Does this mean that they can come up with some off the wall crime to send our soldiers to court and an Iraq judge can say to kill our soldiers and it will be approved by Bush? see note below ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Since May, U.S. and Iraqi officials have been trying to hammer out a new security agreement by the end of the year that would keep U.S. troops in the country until 2011. The current draft calls for all U.S. forces to leave by Dec. 31, 2011, unless Iraq asks them to stay. It also gives Iraqi courts limited jurisdiction over U.S. troops accused of major crimes committed off post and off duty. But the pact faces opposition from Iraqi lawmakers, and Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki's Cabinet is pressing for changes in the draft text before submitting it to parliament for approval. Al-Maliki wants more jurisdiction over U.S. troops and guarantees that Iraqi territory will not be used by the U.S. to launch attacks on neighboring countries, like last weekend's U.S. raid into Syria. Baghdad also wants to remove language that could allow the U.S. to stay beyond the end of 2011. Without a new agreement, the U.S. would have to suspend all security and assistance operations in the country. Im not talking against Obama. I'm wondering what Bush is doing now and can he put us in deep dodo wth this latest information on Iraq. Do they really own Bush and Chaney

In the light of security distabilization caused by the Bush administrations invasion of Iraq, the consiquence of premature withdrawal can be more detrimental to the whole region, europe and even America. It is clear that the Alqaeda and Iran are in great scramble for Iraq like never before and all Iraq needs is a leadership that would ensure its sovereignity against all these adveseries. Infact this is where the success in iraq lies, leaving it a stable country, atleast as it was during Sadams rulership. America should be in full serch for such and authority that would stronghandedly ensure security against Iranian and Alqaeda invasion of Iraq. Can democracy help? I do not think so. Democracy is can be a carmoflaging method of ensuring a legal continued existance of terorism. The other alternative would be to take courage and split Iraq. The question is how will the terorists and Iran benefit from all this. iraq should be out of rich from these evilforces including Iran. Otherwise the Iraqi resources would fall in hands of evil of the 21st century making it more of a threat unlike during Sadams era to the whole western christ- civilization.. Thank you

American conservatives, military industry and their friends in Israel don't want American soldiers to leave?
American conservatives plus military corporations plus Israeli government and their buddy American Jewish lobby(groups and they have considerable influence on both party) don't want American troops to leave Iraq in fact they want the troops to stay in Iraq and launch similar invasion on Iran using same excuses like developing weapons of mass destruction which was used by the Bush and was helped by the American main stream media. So now all these bombings in Iraq seem to be giving all of the above group of people to make an excuse that American troops should not leave Iraq and yes main stream US media whether they are conservative Fox or Liberal CNN already started to say whether American troops withdrawal is a right or wrong idea. now regarding the increase of bombings in Iraq.why suddenly bombing has increased in the context that it was all so quite for some time after the famous troops surge and yes those troops haven't left Iraq. here is a theory that might explain this increase of bombing.i think either Israeli agents/forces or may be American agents/special forces may be involved in these bombing so that a media campaign can be launched to prevent American troops being pulled out in the name of providing security to Iraqi civilians. And yes Israele does use bombs to take care their enemy in Syria. And i even heard mosad agent are in Iraq and even contributed in interrogating iraqi prisoners.so it's very much possible for them to bomb shia or sunnis and watch from side line revenge attacks by shia(Israelis simply hating shia's rise to power in Iraq which is a result of Bush's invasion that is fully supported by Israel whether they admit it or not-see the irony)and suni muslims in Iraq and ask their friend in America to use this situation to create an opinion against troops withdrawal . hell these Israelis are involved in many other troubles .can you remember the news about a ship carrying Tanks from Ukraine to South Sudan for rebels which was hold hostage by Somalian pirates even that ship had some connection with a Israeli agent .now what the hell Israel want in Sudan.Does Israel want to help Sudanese rebels so that that country breaks apart.this is just one example that Israel doesn't want peace they want troubles in country around it and take advantage of it and conservative Americans and American arms industry no doubt supports it all ways possible because trouble in middle east means more business for them. So i think these groups will definitely try to derail the withdrawal of American troops from Iraq by using whatever excuse they can.after all business of billions/trillions of dollars(arms ,halliburton etc) is at stake here.how can they let it go so easily? so what do you guys think?will the American troops withdraw from Iraq by 2011 or some kind of excuse will be used to stop the troops withdrawal? @iamsuranovi well a better than expected response from a conservative. i am not saying all the conservatives are hoping this but surely some ultra conservatives might think this way.

You make a lot of assumptions. Where do you get the idea that 'American conservatives' want to stay in Iraq and invade Iran? Me being a conservative means you think I support such claptrap. Here is a theory- I believe the bombing are the result of extremists doing one of two things; either they think that they can count on us leaving and believe the Iraqi poilce/soldiers are incapable of keeping them under control OR they may believe they can jump-start their 'reign of terror' (my words) because our own citizens will complain and ensure our leaving. We would leave anyway, because we have helped to train their police/soldiers as much as we can and they are capable of doing their jobs of protecting citizens and country. Our removal or our stay has nothing to do with Israel. Rather it has to do with Iraq and whether or not they are ready to take care of themselves and hence want us to leave. Any discussion in the media is a moot point, as it will not matter. It is up to the people of Iraq.
